1. Can CCA maintain my personal aquarium that I already own, or do I
have to lease one?
CCA is pleased to offer aquarium maintenance on your existing home or
office aquarium. Please call us for maintenance prices as they vary due
to aquariums size, type, location and the current condition of the
aquarium.
2. Does CCA install and maintain ponds?
Yes, we have several years of experience with indoor ponds. We can help
keep your pond or water feature crystal clear and healthy. We can also
arrange to install a pond at your home or business.
3. What work will I have to do if CCA maintains my aquarium?
Generally, there is no participation needed on your part. We can install
a light timer and we also offer automatic fish feeders on your aquarium.
Some aquariums do require manually feeding, if this is needed we can
provide you with an easy-to-use monthly feeding calendar. This provides
more time to sit back and enjoy a maintenance-free aquarium.
4. Can CCA customize my aquarium?
Yes. We are always striving to make your aquarium or pond stand out from
the rest. If you have an idea of what you want, no matter how unique, we
will work with you to make it a reality.
5. What if one of my fish dies! What should I do?
Unfortunately, fish loss can happen in any aquatic habitat, but we work
hard to ensure that it is a rare occurrence. If a fish loss occurs we
would like to know about it. Please call or send us an e-mail to
service@ccaqua.com and let us know the situation. If you have leased
your aquarium from CCA, we will replace the fish at no cost to you. If
you own your aquarium and you would like to replace the lost fish, we
can deliver a replacement fish upon your request on our next scheduled
visit.
6. We don’t come into our office on the weekends? Will the fish be
okay without food?
Luckily, your fish can survive the weekend without a regular feeding. As
long they are fed normally during the week, they will be just fine.
